Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients:
1. Sugar – 3/4 cup (175 grams)
2. Oil – 1/2 cup (110 grams)
3. Cocoa Powder – 1/3 cup (50 grams)
4. Flour – 1/2 cup (85 grams)
5. Salt – 2 pinches
6. Eggs – 2
7. Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
8. Coffee – 1 tsp (dissolved in water)
9. Cooking chocolate or chocolate chips or Nutella (half cup) (100 grams)
Method:
1. Line cake tin with butter an++d flour and preheat your oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
2. Sift flour+ salt+ cocoa powder and keep aside.
3. Beat eggs, add in sugar+ oil and keep beating.
4. Add in vanilla essence and coffee.
5. Add chocolate or Nutella in it and mix well.
6. Add in dry ingredients too, mix well.
7. Tap, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
8. Cut after 3-4 hours .
