Sponge Cake
Ingredients: 1. Eggs – 6 large (room temperature eggs) 2. Flour – 1 cup+ 1/2 tsp baking powder (30 grams) 3. Sugar – 1 cup (210 grams) Method: 1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. 2. Add 6 eggs, whip until creamy and add in sugar gradually. Beat it for 8 minutes on high speed. 3. Add in flour mix (sifted) in batches. Mix with light hand. 4. Divide cake batter in 2 pans, smooth out the top. 5. Bake for 20 to 25 min at 180 degrees Celsius. 6. Your sponge is ready to serve
